Express Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is growing and seeking 2 part-time floor technicians to work 20-30 hours per week. This is a position that could turn into a full-time job with the right candidate.

Duties Include:

• Utilizing Wet and Dry methods of carpet cleaning
• Bonnet Cleaning
• Strip, Scrub, Wax and Buff VCT Floors
• Scrub, Wax and Buff Concrete
• Pick up supplies as needed for each floor job.
• Communicate any issues; recommend floor care maintenance plans
• Tile and Grout Cleaning

Qualified Candidates must:

• Be able to prep and perform floor care
• Have a clean driving record, pass a background check and be clean in appearance
• Be able to lift supplies or equipment in excess of 50lbs
• Have previous floor cleaning experience of at least 1 year
• Be able to kneel, bend, squat, & operate floor machines
• Have good attention to detail
• Have pride in their work
• Be able to work weekends
